Meet Annie
Annie is the founder of Inner Wild, working from eight wild acres in County Clare. She weaves together ecotherapy and Rahanni celestial healing to help people find their way back to themselves, outdoors, under the trees, and in the quiet of the Zome.
Our Philosophy
Inner Wild is an eight-acre rewilding project in the heart of County Clare, nestled between the Burren and the wild Atlantic. It is a sanctuary of the soul, a space for authentic being, alongside other humans and our other-than-human kin.
At Inner Wild, healing happens outdoors, in relationship with the land, not apart from it.
Annie weaves together ecotherapy and Rahanni celestial healing to offer a gentle, unhurried space to reconnect with the body, the breath, and the wild world around us.
Sessions and gatherings take place across eight wild acres in County Clare, and inside the Zome, a handbuilt dome that serves as a quiet, sheltered space for circle work, ceremony, and rest. Whether you are walking the land or sitting inside the Zome, every part of Inner Wild is designed to help you feel held by nature.
Annie’s mission is to steward human beings back into a deeper connection to self through harnessing our innate connection to Earth. Inner Wild is part of that mission, and part of a bigger vision, to allow nature to reclaim the land, while carving pathways that support our reciprocal relationship with it. We believe in holding the duality of life in our hearts: making space for both joy and celebration, while also exploring our shadow selves and the grief we carry.
Annie’s Journey
Annie has felt a deep connection to nature her whole life, but it wasn’t until adulthood that she realised she wasn’t just a devoted onlooker, but nature herself, part of the ecosystem. This journey led to so much healing around belonging, and paved the way into studying eco-psychology with the Natural Academy.
“I truly believe that our health, mental, physical, and spiritual is intrinsically linked to our connection to Mother Earth, and that the health of this beautiful planet is directly linked to our connection, or more obviously our disconnection, from nature. As a species, we have become separate from our true nature.”
Annie is a heart-led human who values truth and honest communication. Running a project like this requires constant self-evaluation, and Annie has committed to running Inner Wild as an extension of her heart-led ways, sharing her own values.
The Land & The Family
Annie, Bruce, Elsie, and Betsy have been the guardians of the land for five years. Over this time, they have worked with the land and all its other inhabitants to plant an orchard, start a food forest, grow vegetables, and plant 2,000 native Irish trees.
Bruce built the Zome, a breathtaking ceremony space, while slowly renovating the cottage.
Future plans include planting an ogham tree ring, creating a community peace garden, and adding quirky cabins for retreat accommodation.
Our Containers & Sessions
Annie’s first signature container, The Heart Led Way, ran for the first time from Imbolc to Bealtaine in 2026, inviting participants to tune in deeply to their hearts and live accordingly. The next container begins at the Autumn Equinox, carrying participants on a journey of aligning with their natural rhythms, falling into a place of deep rest by the Winter Solstice.
Alongside this work, Annie offers 1-to-1 ecotherapy sessions. Therapy without four walls, held by roots and canopy, supporting people to feel more resourced and connected to themselves through nature.
Annie also shares Rahanni celestial energy healing, Rahanni meaning ‘of one heart’ is a gentle yet powerful modality for these times, channeling healing energy on the pink ray helping people to feel more calm, eleviate stress and finding a sense of inner peace.
Annie works closely with people from all walks of life, creating a sense of calm, safety, and non-judgment as they navigate whatever is holding them back. She also creates spaces for women, mothers, and families, supporting everyone to feel a deeper sense of connection with themselves and the world around them.
