Rooted Rest is a journey for those who are ready to step more deeply into alignment with our natural rhythms. Closely following the trees as we transition from autumn equinox to winter solstice, honouring ourselves exactly as we are, with what ever we are carrying. It is about putting down the imposed expectations of year round productivity and self improvement and allowing ourselves to simply BE.

Wild Guidance

One-to-One Ecotherapy

A private session held outdoors, on the land or inside the Zome. Together we slow down and work with whatever you are carrying, using ecotherapy to support the nervous system and reconnect you to yourself.

Adult €65 for 90 mins

Block of 6 for €350

Rahanni Celestial Healing

A gentle, hands-on healing session held inside the Zome. Rahanni celestial healing works with your body’s own energy to bring a deep sense of peace, calm, and connection, a soft, powerful modality for these times.

Retreats

A multi-day nature immersion on the land at Inner Wild, for small groups who want to properly slow down together. Days are unstructured and simple: woodland walks, fire, foraging, rest, and shared meals, with space for ecotherapy and ceremony as it feels right for the group.

Group Containers

A held space for small groups, circles, and gatherings inside the Zome. Whether it is a friendship circle, a women’s circle, or a group you already hold together, Annie facilitates ceremony and ritual that is grounded in nature and tailored to what your group needs.

Seasonal Offerings

Gatherings that follow the turning of the year, marking the solstices, equinoxes, and old Celtic fire festivals with ceremony, foraging, and time outdoors on the land. A gentle way to stay connected to the seasons and to a small community of others doing the same.

Tiered Pricing

Roots, Trunk & Canopy

Inner Wild holds space for people at every point of the financial spectrum. Most of our workshops, retreats, and group containers use a three-tier pricing system, so you can choose the rate that reflects where you are right now, honestly and without judgement.

Roots

The accessible rate. Held for those for whom the full cost would otherwise be a barrier. If money is tight right now, this rate is here for you, no explanation needed.

Trunk

The sustaining rate. This is the true cost of holding the offering Annie’s time, the space, materials, and the ongoing care of the land. If you’re able to, this is the rate we ask you to choose.

Canopy

The supporting rate. For those in a position to give a little more, this tier helps hold the Roots places open for others and supports the wider work of Inner Wild.

Reciprocity Places

A small number of places on select offerings are also held for exchange rather than payment, reciprocity places, offered in return for an agreed amount of time volunteering on the land, helping with the rewilding project here at Inner Wild. It’s a way of giving back in a different currency: your time, your hands, your presence on the land itself. If this feels like the right fit for you, get in touch with Annie to talk it through.

Ancestral Medicine

Annie also offers plant and ancestral medicine work for those who feel called to it. This is held with care, offered selectively, and always discussed in person first. If this is something you are drawn to, please contact Annie directly to talk it through.
